2. How consent is given
Consent is given when a visitor presses «Accept» in the notice shown at the bottom of the page. Until then, the analytics service is not loaded and no data is collected. Pressing «Decline» means no data is collected; the website keeps working as usual. Consent is not a condition for receiving the studio's services.
3. Data processed
IP address; device, operating system, browser and screen information; cookie and visitor identifiers; referrer; pages viewed with date, time and duration; on-page actions such as cursor movement, clicks, scrolling, field input and session recording by the Webvisor tool; approximate region derived from the IP address.
The data is processed by Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia) on the Operator's instructions, on servers located in the Russian Federation.
4. Purpose and term
Website statistics and improvement of the website. Consent is valid for the storage period of Yandex Metrica, up to 26 months from collection, or until it is withdrawn.
5. Withdrawing consent
Clear the site data (cookies and local storage) in your browser — the notice will appear again and you may press «Decline» — or write to e.bch@adept.pro. Collection stops; data already collected is deleted or anonymised.
