2. What data is processed
Website visitors. Technical data collected by Yandex Metrica: IP address, device and browser information, referrer, pages viewed, date and time of the visit, on-page actions recorded by the Webvisor tool, and cookie identifiers. This data is collected only after the visitor presses «Accept» in the notice at the bottom of the page. If the visitor presses «Decline», the service is not loaded.
People who contact the studio. Name, phone number, email address and any other details a person chooses to share. The website has no data collection forms; enquiries arrive by phone or email.
Studio team members. Name, professional role and photograph published on the Team page, with the separate written consent of each person, which may be withdrawn at any time.
No special categories of personal data and no biometric data are processed.
3. Purposes
Answering enquiries, preparing and performing design contracts, website statistics, presenting the studio team, and complying with statutory obligations.
4. Storage and transfer
Personal data of Russian citizens is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place. Data is not shared with third parties, except for the hosting provider and the web analytics provider acting on the Operator's instructions, and except as required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, withdraw your consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or to a court. Write to e.bch@adept.pro or to the office address above.
